  • "I took the online class since I live in Fresno and I typically would not ever take an online course but this program was really easy. There isnt any way to put it other than it was set up to help the student understand exactly what needs to be studied and exactly what we need to know for the exams for the program and the CBSPD board exam. Even though it is an online class you still have an instructor that you are in contact with and you can contact at anytime that you need anything, my instructor was Tina and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. A week before the board exam she did a review with me in person and did hands on stuff with me and we reviewed for the board exam. I passed my board exam and it was a great feeling because I know of a couple of people who took the program in Fresno and they did it in person and they both did not pass certification test. I am VERY thankful for all you did, I was nervous taking online class and you made it easy for me."

Tina was my instructor, she was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, I was able to pass my certification test on the first try, as well as the majority of her other students. She also helped me set up a professional resume and prepared me for interviews months prior to the class. I decided to take the online course allowing me to complete the course from a remote location. It only took about 8-10 weeks to complete the entire course compared to the average of 4-8 months at other alternatives. It also happened to be fraction of the price.
